Today world over there is increasing trend in coronary artery disease.India is also facing this problem.

There are more number of people whether rural or urban are suffering from diabetes & india is becoming diabetic capital of world.Obesity, Hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, stress and smoking is creating menace in the life of people, which is leading to heart diseases and other related consequences of these diseases.

These problem are due to fast changing social values, concepts, needs and economic conditions which has direct impact on life style.

There is no proper health and value education being provided to the masses cope up with the fast changing society.

Many Scientific understandings and findings are not reaching people, to have a better approach for health and hygiene.

It is high time, we need to prevent the condition by adequate health awareness programmes to the nook and cornor of India.

 

Naturopathy and Yoga is the drugless system of medicine, which emphasises more on disease preventation and health promotion aspects.

It impacts true science of living and recognizes and existence of vital curative forces within the body, which has remarkable, recuperative, rejuvenative, regenerative power, if scope is given and this system also has a greater role in curative measures with a scientific approach.

The objective of the treatment is to bring the diseased part of the body into harmony with the whole body by employing measures which are catalytic and constructive.

Nautropathy adopts treatment modality in three phases i.e, eliminative, soothing and constructive phases.

Each Phase has great role in healing process.In the eliminative phases, the body gets detoxed or cleaned by the toxins which are accumulated in various forms.

As the body get rid of toxins, the re-adjustment,rejuvenation of the whole body-mind starts geared-up.

The soothing phase, helps the body to regenerate its activity & there is enhancement of absorption and assimilation capacity.

The constructive phase helps to build right type of internal activity bringing homeostasis.

 

In each phase of treatment various modalities are applied according to persons need & capacity.

Fasting theraphy in the eliminative phase, which is willing abstinence from solid food helps to cleanse the body and give great strength to the mind.It also helps to get away from the craving and withdrawal symtoms of smoking.

Even diebetics are benefited in this phase and there is adequate monitoring being done or taken care by not letting them towards Ketoacidosis or hypoglycaemic conditions.

In soothing and constructive phases vegetarian diet,natural anti-oxidants, lipid-lowering diet are emphasized organic sources and organically grown is highly advisable.

 

Hydrotheraphy, Mudtheraphy, Massagetheraphy, heliotheraphy, acupressure, accupenture etc are other modalities applied to bring the healing & health promative effects.

He is holding charge of Director, National Institute of Naturopathy, Pune as well, He has 30 Years of versatile experience in Research, Teaching, Training, Hospital Administration and establishment of new Institutions. Besides Hindi & English.

He is well conversant with Kannada, Telugu, Rajasthani, Haryanvi, Punjabi and Marathi languages also as he has worked at different places in his long career such as in Pilani (Rajasthan), Bhiwani (Haryana) etc.He is also Chief Editor of Nisargopachar Varta, Monthly journal of NIN, Pune, Yogic Prakritik Jivan Sandesh welcomes him as its Editor-in-chief.
